Thanks, fellas! The rust really popped through and ate away at the bondo. I texted my body guy about it and he's currently fixing all of his vehicles on his off day. So I'm driving around with massive eye sores on my rear wheel wells.

Other than that I can't stop lookin at it

Don't fix rust with bondo. Cut it out and replace with metal.

If your body guy fixed rust with bondo, you need a NEW body guy... They should be cutting out all bad metal and using a patch panel to replace it.
