I don't have near the experience on these as the older ones, anyway question is did Ford make an 04-08 super cab with 5 1/2' bed or were they all 6 1/2'??

 

They weren't all 6.5, They did in fact make them with 5.5" beds, but they're rare and would be hard to find. Those weren't too popular and the option ended up being discontinued after 2009. Also, they came with a full 8' bed as well. hope that helps.

 

They did make Supercabs with the 5.5 bed. Ive seen a few around, dont think they made a whole lot of them though.

You can still get a raptor as a supercab, still with the 5.5' bed. Would be interesting to see a supercab raptor with a 6.5' bed. Doesn't exist as far as I know.

 

I've got an 04 w/5 1/2'. My understanding was the 6 1/2' was the rare one with a super crew.
Is the OP talking super cab or super crew?

 

I've seen quite a few 6.5' crew cabs around here.
