Haven't received my parts but Josh responds quick. For me that's all that matters

Purchased ELocker mod parts before Christmas..on 21st or 22nd

 

Were the parts on backorder?

I've had good luck with Tasca. I've bought parts from them 3 times.

 

i had to wait 4 weeks for hd lights

 

I found them to be ok. Better than most, not perfect but I feel confident buying from them.

 

Prices are great, customer service is not so great

 

I ordered this Wednesday a couple of items and was told they were in stock and could be up to 3 days beofre I received them. Today I called to get a tracking number and was told they just ordered the parts today from their supplier. It will take 5-7 days before they get the parts from their supplier and then about 3 more days before I get them. I may be weird, but I really prefer when I order something to be told then when I can really expect the parts, not me having to call to be told, oh we were out of stock and just ordered today the parts. I will not even go into the cut out the middle man and have the parts shipped direct to me to cut out some delievry time.

Well this is my first time using them and while nice on the phone, the execution seems to be lacking so far...

 

I was told it was on backorder. They were waiting for my switch, they had the tccm . I'm guessing that they ordered it but it was taking a while for them to receive it. I haven't received a tracking number but i haven't asked for it either. I order my bullydog tuner from AJUSA on monday night and received yesterday..talk about being quick.
