Default XLT console swap question

Hey all, I know this is the millionth thread question about an XLT console swap but I can't seem to figure out what these wires on the front are for? Seems to be a couple plugs.. I've only heard of there being one plug and thought it came out the hole on the rear side.

Depending on the year of the truck, there are possibly connectors for 2 12V plugs (rear and inside), possibly a sync harness inside that has composite video inputs, 2 USB's, and possibly a rear 120V outlet. Being as you have an XLT, the only plug your truck will have is 12V power underneath your existing console/jump seat.

On a separate note, I've done this jump seat to floor shift console conversion myself including swapping from a column shift to a floor shift and it is a PITA! A much easier option is to find the other style console without the shifter location.

Got it. This console is from 11-12 same year as mine, but is from a limited I believe so that would explain the extra plugs for USB and 120v plug. Thanks! Also I'm not planning on swapping the shifter I prefer the column shift. Just wanted to use that spot as a cubby of some sort! Was the conversion (with the exception of you swapping shifters) basically just hooking it up to the floor bracket, plugs, and side panels from front dash? Seems pretty straightforward to me not sure if I'm making this seem too simple
