I don't think the silent armours were selling very well due to the cost vs. benefit. In this economy, most people just make due with standard tires.

I just got these tires in November on my 11 Lariat. Thy are awesome!! The first thing I noticed is how quiet they are. Traction in the snow is also very goo. I drove gingerly with them at first not knowing how they would respond. I replace the Scorpions also and they were not great in snowy weather.

Looks good. Keep us posted with how you like them sometime down the road. These tires have caught my attention too.

Default Wrangler Adventure AT update

So far I have had chance to put some more miles on through rain, snow, slush etc... and so far am really happy with these tires. Great grip in snow and rain. Much better than the Scorpions. Still amazed at how quiet these are considering their look. Smooth on the highway. Do not seem to have had an impact on mileage any. Have a couple hundred mile trip coming up and will give another update.

I have had mine for about a month. Far better than the Scorpions, that's for sure. Plenty of traction in the snow these past few weeks and have had no problem. On wet roads today, they felt secure. They are very quiet for their fairly aggressive tread pattern. Got them from Tire Rack when they had an $80 rebate, so the price was great too!

It looks like they're a pretty good weight too at about 43 lbs which is nice - not having to spin up big heavy tires with unnecessarily big mud treads.
