Default Wow: Alpine Drive Assist Line HCE-C200R

Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone purchased this camera? And also if anyone had any thoughts about the functionailty of this setup. I'm not sure about spending that type of money but it sure looks cool to me.

Here 's a short clip of it in action- http://youtu.be/zwwl93A9mZI

One thing I didn't notice him talk about is low light situations or night view.

That is pretty cool but I am sure there is a high price tag. I think the features would wear off and I would end up using just one mode anyway.

For a fration of the price, I would check these guys out. It is not Alpine but I have had their 120* rear camera with IR for night time for a year now and it works gret and is pretty great in low light conditions.

My wife's Acura has different viewing angles and I loved it when we got it. Once I got my 150 with nav and camera I can't stand it. My default image is better than any of her three you choose from. Much clearer and better lighting. Also the camera is in the middle unlike hers which is off to the side and gives a funny look when trying to back up straight to something, like a parking spot
