Spook every time I have to use the wipers, I having some serious issues getting them to turn off. Starting to think my truck is coming down with some electrical problems. Between this issue and my hyper speed turn signal, I have no idea where to start. Can someone give me a starting point?

I think theres a tech bulletin on that problem !?

 

On my old Denali when a turn signal went into hyper speed it meant one of the bulbs was burned out

No clue if that's your issue, just a shot in the dark

 

I remember reading others having the wipers not turning off and it was an issue with the turn signal stalk. They replaced that and all was well. May be related to your hyper flash problem too.
