Default Winter Wheels

M considering winter black rim steel wheels. If I don't go with putting tire pressure sensors in, will the pressure light just stay illuminated all winter? Wondering what you guys have done. I've also been told that 5-6 coats of black Plasti Dip will be a good protectant for the winter, to help fend off corrosion and discoloration? I've Dipped other parts of the truck and it's a great product. Any suggestions?

It will stay in all the time, sometime it will flash a little bit. If you have the 4.2" screen in the dash it will come up with a low pressure msg every time you turn the truck on.
