Replacing the Wiper Switch

UPDATE
I found a motorcaft one at AutoZone. I used the part number listed in an earlier post for F150s without rain sensors. 👍 Had to order it, but it should be here the end of the week. Thanks all 😊

So, I have that issue where the wipers wont turn off. I've watched the videos for replacing the multi-function switch.
My question is - How do I know which switch to buy?
There are 3 options at NAPPA for my truck. I can rule one out because we do not have rain sensitive wipers. But I'm not sure which of the other two. I'm thinking the $49 one because we have intermittent wipers but not sure because we do not have a front camera. Any suggestions?

take a look into Rockauto to confirm. You can see there the options and maybe a better price

Ought to be able to find it on Amazon, an actual Motorcraft part. Just make sure you have the correct one.

Windshield wiper won't shut off, must replace blinker switch

I've experienced this with my 2018 Ford F150 Platinum. I had planned to replace the blinker switch assembly. Before I could do it, I got aggravated with the wipers while on a business trip. I stopped and pulled the fuse for my wiper motor. I use Rain-X so I don't really use them too often. When the fuse was re-installed, the wipers began working properly again. This worked for about six months. Recently, it happened again. I removed the fuse again. I also had to disconnect the battery for a moment. When I re-installed the fuse, the wipers started working correctly again. I don't know how long this will last. If it keeps doing this, I'll go ahead and try replacing the blinker switch. It does appear that this can be a short-term fix anyway.

Update 1/18/2022
Well, I should have known that my fix was too good to be true. After having repeated problems with my windshield wipers not turning off, I'm going to order a new assembly and replace it. I've been riding around for some time with my fuse out and no wipers. Time to bite the bullet.

I found one on Amazon back in January 2021. It has not been a problem since i replaced it.

Deoxit F5

I’ve been having the same issue on my 2014 f150, intermittent wiper still on when turned off, just tried spraying the switch with Deoxit F5 and seems to have fixed it, (time will tell if this is a long term fix!) note, I tried initially spraying the switch with a few blasts of Deoxit D5 and working the switch back and forth between blasts, but didn’t fix it, after a few minutes gave it a few blasts of F5 working the switch back and forth between blasts and started working almost immediately, I have been meaning to order more Deoxit F100 and just placed an order that will arrive in a few days, planning to hit it again with F100 when it arrives, I work with electronics frequently so I use Deoxit frequently and like to have it on hand at all times, it’s expensive stuff but works miracles on electronics and audio equipment, probably too expensive to buy it just for this issue but if you have some lying around or if you can use it for other purposes it’s worth the money, if anyone is interested the F5 is 5% formula with 95% solvent designed for flushing/cleaning dirty plastic based switches, faders, and potentiometers, where the F100 is 100% concentrate for lubricating and conditioning clean plastic based conductors/components, D5 is 5% formula with 95% solvent for cleaning/conditioning metal based switches and pots, D100 is 100% concentrate for conditioning metal based switches and pots, if you have F5 and/or F100 available give them a try, I also just ordered a new motorcraft switch assembly on Amazon and planning to hit it with Deoxit F100 before I install it. Hopefully this will help increase longevity of the switch.
