What do I do? My windshield wipers will not stop. It seems to be stuck on the low setting, but the **** is in the off position. I have unplugged the negative terminal hoping it would reset some CPU settings but nothing. Has this happened to anyone before? And how can I make it stop without having to take it to the dealership?

 

Sounds like a bad wiper switch.

 

Might try to see if it has a dedicated fuse and pull it

 

I would take it to the dealership. This is what warranties are for.
