Default Windshield washer problem

My washer stopped. I opened the hood and pressed the button and it sprayed liquid in the engine compartment. I opened a clamp holding the tubing and the tubing came loose. Guessing it rubbed through or a critter chewed on it. What is the best way to get to the washer tank? I saw a youtube and he removed the passenger wheel liner to get access. Hoping I can fix it rather than the dealer.

Should be able to gain access to the hose by pulling the passenger headlight out, at least that's what the shop manual says for pump replacement.
