Looking at the manual yesterday under the Driver Control:Multi-Function Lever, I see this:

Windshield washer: Press the end of the stalk:
• briefly: causes a single swipe of the wipers without washer fluid.
• a quick press and hold: the wipers will swipe three times with washer fluid.
• a long press and hold: the wipers and washer fluid will be activated for up to ten seconds.


I can press mine briefly and get a single swipe, and I can long press and hold to get wipers and washer activated, but I don't understand how to get the quick press and hold to get three swipes with fluid.

I've quickly pressed the button and then held it and it does the same thing as a long press and hold.

Anyone understand option two?

 

As soon as the washer begins to operate, let go of the button - it should only do the 3 swipes and the courtesy swipe which the 2011's I heard can be dis-abled.

 

Ok, that makes sense. Guess I was over thinking it.
