Windows Phone and Sync
I am a fairly new F150 owner. My truck has just over 5,000 miles. I have struggled with the SYNC connection to my Windows Phone. The phone connects to SYNC very easily and, for the most part, work well together. But, every few days, the following will happen. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
* A call comes in and a window indicating an incoming call comes up and then immediately disappears. When this happens, the radio volume is not turned down by SYNC as should happen so the call can be answered. To pick up the call, I have to manually answer it on the phone. But, when I do, the only way to hear the caller is to press the speakerphone button on the phone and have my discussion through the phone in that manner.
Any ideas?
