Window washer fluid not working

I just bought my 2010 3 weeks ago and I'm thinking they put their fancy water blend in my truck cuz its always frozen -_-

Hi i have 2015 f150 super crew and it is brand new i have 2000km on it and have put minus 45 windshield washer fluid in it and as soon as it get -10 no fluid comes out and i hear the pump working,then mabey a hour later it can work fine and then can stop again the next day....anyone have this problem and how to resolve it....thanks

Was it empty when u filled it? If not you need to purge the whole lot and refill with the better stuff. I know this from experience

Run it all year long. Works for both summer and winter and Walmart has it cheap.

I was running into the same issue. At times, I would have to hold the button for 8 or 10 seconds before fluid presented itself. It is an issue with these units. Took it to the dealership, and they found a couple vehicles on their lot that immitated the same problem. Of course, Ford had no knowledge of any problems existing like that. They solved the issue by installing a one way check valve that is used in the front 4WD assembly. It works flawless. 2 years have passed and never had another issue.
