Default winch mount

I have a 2013 F-150 Supercrew Eco boost. I bought a winch and have been trying to locate a hidden winch mount with no success. Any one know of where I could purchase one that will fit my truck?

You can't use a hidden winch mount with the 3.5 unless you relocate the turbo's. It is not cost effective.

So what kind of bumper would you suggest. It only a 9.5 winch?

That's an erroneous statement. You can use a hidden winch mount by replacing the oem intercooler with a race intercooler. No special tunes needed to run it.

There was another member here that used the hidden winch mount on an ecoboost but did not get a race intercooler and said there was plenty of air intake around the winch with no loss of performance. Take that with a grain of salt if you will. If it were me I would try that first before buying the IC.

Well If you can make it work I used this on my 14 with the 5.0 and was pleased with the results.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C0XANNE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C0XANNE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But everything I've read says NOT to do this with the 3.5. It's your money and your truck, but I wouldn't do it.

Info on the web page

Notes: Does NOT fit Ecoboost models,Does NOT fit models with a body lift kit installed

Same one I have. And yes I'm aware of what they state about it not fitting ecob. I run into parts all the time that claim they won't fit a certain model and the reason is they either never tried it or some form of modification is required.

The company I bought my ladder bars from "Procomp" stated they do not fit a 4x2. I bought them anyway because I knew the rear suspension mounting and frame are the same. Sent them pictures afterwards and they changed their listing to include 4x2 trucks. They thanked me for the info as they had never previously tested them on that platform.

Most web based parts stores also have a "Will this fit" option that is rarely accurate, Amazon being the worst.
