My dad is getting some new beefier tires for his F150 and has offered to give me his current set which have quite a bit of tread on them (a lot more than my truck).

His tire size is 275/65 R18 while I currently have 265/60 R18.

Will his tires fit my rims, or are they too wide?

they will fit the rim fine, and it shouldn't be a problem on the truck. there is a tire fitment thread on this, try checking in there.
