Will 32.8"x12" (305/45 22)fit on a regular 2WD XLT with no rubbing?

Sorry to make a tread about this but is seems that questions get lost in the wheel/tire thread. I just want to know if 305/45 22 will fit a 2WD XLT (no lift) . Can anyone help?
