Default Wideband AF sensor repalcement?

My 2010 has just under 100,000 miles. The fuel economy has been steadily getting worse, slowly. It finally threw code P0150 which I cleared and it hasn't come back. I did some data logging with my SCT tuner and noticed under WOT the drivers side AF ratio (lambda) will go to zero while the passenger side stays around 0.88. I'm thinking the sensors are on their way out. Anyone else change theirs out yet? I can't find any vacuum leaks and there is no audible exhaust leak. Idles fine and has lots of power.

I believe the sensor output has to go out of range for 20-30 seconds before it throws a code. Seems under WOT the one does go to zero with some frequency but not long enough to trip a code.

The snap throttle test seems to produce the proper graph with a cycle of rich-lean then evening out. Short trim fuel trim between bank 1 and 2 look pretty much the same. I could argue bank 1 A/F ratio reads slightly more lean but both sides are close. I'm tempted to replace the sensors just to see if the economy gets a bit better and if it runs any different. I've read they should be replaced around 100000 miles but one can't believe everything they read.

What was the solution to your problem? Did replacing the sensor fix it?
I just got this same code on my 2010 with 197,000 kms on it. I don't have any change in fuel economy, but with the kms I have, I figure the sensor could be tired and need replacing. Figure since I am running a 5 star tune, it is not a PCM calibration issue as mentioned on other posts...
