I think you will be fine with that trailer. My GN 3 horse with dressi g room and AC is 32ft overall and weighs just under 8k loaded which is right at max for my truck. Mine is a 13 Supercab 4x4 5.0 with 3.55s. It's bone stock and pulls my trailer very well. The GN is a lot less sway prone but as long as you have good hitch set up you should be good to go. You may want to plan on locking out 6th even with 4.10s due to the bigger tires.

Thanks for the I put. Yes I'm sure 6th will still be useless. The diff shop told me that really I needed to go to 4.56 gears but nobody makes any for these newer 9.75 Ford diffs.

Yeah they do. I know for a fact Nitro does because I have a 2012 with the 9.75 rear end and have 4.56s. I think Yukon does as well.

2012 is when they made the change. The pinion is a different size. He showed me the difference in pinion bearings. Anyways. I have 4.10s now and they are alot better with the 35s.

Any of you guys with bigger campers have to add airbags to get it level? I pick up my camper Monday and I have a feeling, even with my equilizer hitch its gonna squat the **** out of my truck. Tongue weight is 790#

Haven't added them to my '14 yet as I'm able to dial in the squat with just the WDH. I had Air Lift bags on my '12 and they worked very well and weren't expensive. Amazon is usually a good place to buy them. Be sure to check Air Lifts website to see if they are offering any rebates, too.

Mine with 1060 on the pin just comes down to level from standard rake. It's a GN so not zo much leverage at play as a TT. No bags on mine is bone stock.
