Default Where to start?

New member/New owner to Ford trucks

With that being said, I have a 2014 F150 XLT 3.5L Ecoboost with 46k. Where do I start with upgrading my truck? I’m no gearhead but I’m inclined to complete work on my own. I’ve read about oil catch cans, is this where I begin?

Thanks!

All I can say is change the oil every 6-7k with full synthetic with a good quality filter.

Thanks!

Would you suggest any order of operation regarding what to upgrade first?

First and foremost, search this forum for "intercooler weep hole"! It's a FREE mod that will take about 5 minutes to perform and save you a lot of headaches down the road.
Most people start out with leveling the truck to remove some of that rediculous rake that is designed into the suspension.
You should read through the "member builds" section of this forum. You can get a lot of ideas there. Also, if you start a build thread of your own, you could keep track of the progress of your truck.
