Wheels/Tires
One more question please: I currently have 17" OEM rims on a 2010 F150.
Will putting 18" OEM rims have any adverse effect on the truck?
The tire pressure sensors are on the rims I am thinking about putting on, is there anything special you have to do to unhook or rehook them up?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Going from 17" to 18" wont hurt at all. I just did the opposite. If you keep you original sensors, all you will need to do is have them installed in your new wheels. In my opinion, this is your best bet. It is easy to do, any shop can do it, and you don't have to have your system flashed to learn your new sensors' signal, which you would have to do if you didn't switch the sensors. I.E get you original ones put in the new wheels and you'll be good to go. Hope that rambling made sense.
