I know my tire company does not consider them safe. We won't work on your vehicle if you have them.

If we discover lug-centric spacers (Don't bolt on) on your vehicle we remove them and hand them to you when we bring your vehicle to you after performing whatever tire service we did. If we find Hub-centric spacers/adapters (Bolt over original lugs) we don't risk taking them off so we just check torque them and perform our service and let you know that next time we won't work on your vehicle if they are present.
