Ok, I am gonna be cool about this... What are you asking exactly?? What is wrong with the backspacing? I have run spacers in most of my vehicles, and if you buy quality ones, and have them torqued correctly, and check them periodically, you should not run into an issue. However, I am still interested in why you want them.

Here's a thread from about a month ago that contains some good info that you should probably check out: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/need-a...please-166510/

I think you're asking whether wheel spacers will help the stance of your truck with the new lift. If so, then yes they will help. They are not dangerous if you get quality spacers and properly install and torque them. However, it would be helpful to know the specs and details on your current wheels before anyone can have ANY idea what size spacer you should go with.
