Default Wheel fitting question

Does 2015-2018 wheels fit on 2011-2014 fords with basic bolt on. I see there both 6x135 87.1 bore, but have m4x1.5 and m4x2.0 thread sizes? I'm looking to buy lug nuts/wheels and tires dealership take off and wondering if they'll fit, I've read different offsets and such but is it a basic swap or do I need aftermarket parts I would just like to change the wheels and lugs(if needed) with stock tmps (if possible). Thanks some simple clarity would be great

Yes they fit. But I believe the lug nuts are slightly different so keep the ones you have now.

Pretty simple: You can swap wheels, but keep both lugs and tpms from your truck.
