Question What's the make and model of this NAV/Audio system?

This is my first post as a new member. I just purchased a 2010 F150 Lariat Supercrew. I believe the Nav/audio/video system is an upgrade since SYNC and the phone button on the steering wheel do not work. Anyone know what the make and model number are? I found a Ford Navigation Elite Series on Zera that looks the closest so far. Anyone know what functions are lost if upgraded or if the installation was not complete? Carfax says the unit was replaced at a Ford dealership. How to I update the maps?

Try googling the numbers(OS & MCU) and see what comes up.

OS: EN-PRIMA-128-V1.76 is for different "skins" or backgrounds. MCU: D20FERH7-TNRT1-V9.01 has some foreign language results I don't want to click on.

It looks like a Chinese made radio, there are a few with very similar appearances on Ebay. With that said most of those only work with 2011 and above due to the canbus differences. On the older models the steering wheel controls wont work and it shouldn't power off on its own (unless they ran a separate power wire). If the Canbus adapter is separate to the unit you might be able to use a PAC steering wheel adapter, but even this is doubtful.
