Been looking at adding OEM tow package and while I could splice in the orange and blue wires I need, I'd need about $50+ dollars worth of things to do it properly.

Been looking at replacing the wiring harness from under the hood to back by the spare tire and found 2 options. If I run my VIN they will say they don't fit because I don't have the tow package.

I often see parts labeled as w/ or w/o XYZ but in the case of these wiring harnesses...nada.

Does anyone know the difference of these 2?

Or...if anyone with a 2011-2014 that has the tow package and brake controller can see their part number on the harness and can let me know....that'd be swell.

Just keeping this updated, sent an email to Tasca to see if they have more info.

Thinking about finding an identical truck already with the tow package and running it's vin to confirm fit. In theory seems like it should work.
