What's the best SIRIUS deal you've been offered recently?

There's 2 repeaters near me, 1 is about 5 miles or so from my door, the other a little further out, 15 miles maybe. Pretty much most of my driving is done within that circle and it does NOTHING for sound quality.

Ugh, that reminds me I have to "do the dance" at the end of this month. I hope I don't have to threaten to quit this time, and can score the $30 for 6 month thing again ....

I just made the call again:
*Me: Hi, I'm not interested in keeping the service unless I can get the same rate.
*XM: How about $99 for a year of service?
*Me: No thank you.
*XM: OK, we can do 5 months for $25 + fees and such ($29.xx).
Then mark end date on calendar 5 months from now so I can call back in 5 months and waster another 15 minutes of everyone's time. Such a stupid system.

I'm thinking of re-upping for six months; I can listen to the Cowboys on local FM, but I miss being able to listen to the Chiefs and Vikings. The $25/5 months deal says it now includes streaming. This is really the only time of year I miss it, so I think I'll just give them a one-use card number and let them start mailing me again when the time's up...

Forks your lift
my free subscription is about up, but honestly i rarely even bother using XM so i could careless. They do not have any info on file, so they can't auto renew

Just did the dance, and got something new!
Ever since I've had the truck (2013), I've renewed every 6 months for about $25 plus taxes. The last time it was $30 plus taxes, which I didn't mind that much since most things have gone up a little over time.
Today I was offered $25 for *5* months (they wouldn't do a 6 month deal). I said yes to that, and then came back with this: about $6 a month *for a whole year*. Since I really don't like calling back every 6 months, I took this deal. It's a little more than what I was paying before (about 50 cents a month), but it was worth it (to me) to not have to call again in May.
