Default What kind of backup camera?

I have a 2013 XLT SCREW 4x4 that has the 4.2 inch LCD cluster screen. Is lock pick the only option i have to get the backup camera on that screen?

Hi Nate,
Unfortunately there is no option for going into the small screen at this time. The only way a Lockpick will work for you is if you have the Ford Touch radio, which is the large touch screen radio. Is there any chance you are configured that way?

Otherwise, you will need to go with the Gentex replacement mirror so you stay OEM. Or we can also do an aftermarket dash mounted monitor but then you are getting away from the OEM look and feel. Here's the link to the Gentex kit:

Our Ford camera is OEM grade, meaning it's the closest you will get to a factory installed system without going to your Ford parts counter and spending the big bucks. We also provide a 3 year warranty so you can rest assured your investment is protected for time to come.

If you would like help choosing the right system don't hesitate to give a call because we are happy to assist!

I have an '11 Lariat that has the compass in the mirror. Are there any other solutions to relocating it? This is my biggest hang up at this point.

We include a gyro relocation kit with our CS-FTR-332 full kit with Gentex mirror. The relocation is not hard to do and then your compass feature will still function as intended while keeping the OEM look. No one will ever know it's not factory.

Here's the link and you would just say YES to the option for relocating your compass:

Give a call and I can walk you through the process of relocating the gyro.. pretty easy.
