3 weeks ago (first week of January):
2012 F-150 XLT 4x4 SCrew 3.5L Ecoboost 157" Tuxedo Black, gray cloth interior, xlt chrome, plus, and convenience package. Tow, satellite, 18" chrome wheels, bed liner.
Had 5k miles on it, original NEW sticker said $42.3k, was $32.2 out the door. Manager said they had offered too much for the trade-in so he couldn't go any lower. Still has the 3 year bumper to bumper and they slapped on a 7 yr/100k power train as part of the certified pre-own thing.
Looks like I could have gotten a new 2012 for right about the same, but I'm happy.

I was fortunate enough to start looking for my first truck during late December of 2010 and the dealer was practically begging people to take their last three 2010 XLT SCrews with all of the chrome packages and the extras like 18'' "chrome" wheels, power rear window, SYNC, 6-bar "chrome grille", etc etc.
Sticker price on it was around $39 to 40k, can't remember exactly, and I walked out with the truck for right around $25 to 25,5 before California's lovely taxes and registration fees. I'd be ecstatic to find a brand new truck like that again.

On more meds than ymeski
Bought my '11 Fx2 for $28866. Pretty much a standard Fx2 with the 5.0l. They gave me $1,000 for my 200k dented up '98 Dakota and that got me the $1,000 extra off so I guess $26,866 plus tax after I traded them a truck ready for the crusher.

My 2012 FX4 was $47,500. It included dealer installed ProComp 6" lift, retractable running boards and NITTO Trail Grapplers sized 295/65/20 mounted on American Racing ATX Series Crawl wheels. Considering they cover the add-ons as if they were part of the factory warranty, I was pleased.
Oh and I must say I love my truck!

2012 FX4 S/Cab EB Plus package, w/max tow, mirrors
One of the first of that years models off the line. As a special order the dealer charged their invoice, then I got rebates:
$42K MSRP
$37.5K dealer inv
-$3.25K rebates
$34.25K before taxes and license
May have gotten a better deal in rebates for a Chevy, but ...nah.
20K on it now @ 18.6mpg. And no problems. Absolutely love the truck.
