used wax with a high speed buffer and slung it all over the place... spent more time taking the wax off the black plastic pieces, than off the paint.. lol

Waste of money IMHO. It didn't fit properly (hit the hood liner) and caused what I would call erratic & random faults. Not to mention that in order to clean the filter you had to remove half of the assembly.

I havent done anything stupid on/in/with my truck yet.. Although it seems like alot here have.. Gots to be mo careful!
