I don't want to get into my particulars, but yes, the way it works (this is my only experience) is that they give you what you paid for the truck, (minus incentives of course) plus all the payments you made, then they charge you for mileage up to the first time you had the issue. There were some other allowances also but those are the major points.

Ford bought back a 1992 foul size bronco from me due to paint defects about a month after I got it.
I got back full price, and was allowed a one time purchase of any new vehicle on the lot at true ford factory cost (not dealer cost).
I picked out the most loaded 1992 Explorer Eddie Bauer the had on the lot. The sticker was just under $29,000 iirc.
I was out the door at 22k.

Thanks guys. The white platinum was a beautiful truck and that EB was strong as $h1t when it was runnin' right.
I'm about to start another thread to get some consensus on something.
I'm struggling with what to do... Get something new or used???
