Thumbs down well that's irritating

So I spent all day last Saturday detailing my truck...wash, clay, collinite, vacuum...

Sunday it started raining and it's rained all week. Now it's Wednesday.

I bet if you looked at the weather forecast you might have waited a week or two LOL! That is the way it is for sure. My son and I will be detailing the inside of my truck tonight so he can take it to Prom on Saturday. We're going to wait until Saturday morning to wash the outside because in Florida there's always a chance it will rain!

I actually looked at the forecast and knew there was rain coming but I'd put it off long enough. I had 1,000 little orange oxidation spot all over it. And I use my truck for work, so I know when I wash it I'm going to get a couple of clean days at best.

Nice looking ride bro. Same here on the wash and wax job, cleaned & waxed mine up last weekend and found 3 to 4 days of light to heavy rain. Don't mind that too bad though, that's the reason I wax it...keeps the elements off the paint.

That's why I never wash my truck. It's gets dirty then the next rain cleans it off. Just clean the interior once in a while.

I think I'll just stick to 2 thorough washes a year. Post and pre winter. Very time consuming and my kids keep wanting to help/ruin my perfection. :P
