Weird clicking noise come from the rear end and front right a arm!

I somehow got a tire that loses air every other day 20psi exacty on my front right tire and there's nothing in the tire I don't know what's going on my truck has 21k on it and I have all these problems I'm scared to drive on the the road it litteraly feels like something is falling off the car I do not get the dealer doesn't do anything or so any thing so I really don't know what to do.

Although this looks to be a rather old post, mine seems to do the same thing. Weird grinding sound coming from the front end only on slow right turns. Like into a parking spot or my driveway. My truck is currently at the dealer. The tech that rode with me heard the sound and is looking for a solution today. What's funny is they couldn't duplicate the sound. I had to go back to the dealership and drive the tech around... typical.
