Default Weathertech mud flap fitment question

I have a 2014 FX4 Screw, I cannot seem to get a straight answer on Amazon as to which flaps fit my truck with the fender flares. I looked it up on Weathertech website but guys on Amazon contradict the fitment. I think they have no clue what fender flares mean and think it is stepside. Can somebody please just verify these are the correct ones for me? Also if I install wheel well liners will the still fit? Thanks.
Amazon.com: WeatherTech 110003-120003 Mud Flap: Automotive Amazon.com: WeatherTech 110003-120003 Mud Flap: Automotive

Of course by using the Amazon vehicle fitment chart, nothing fits my truck.

#110003-120003 is correct for fender flares. I have the Ford OEM wheel liners and they fit fine. It's best to do them at the same time.

Ditto on Weathertech P/Ns plus compatibility w/ OEM (factory installed) liners...

Thanks. People's reviews on Amazon are all jacked up. They have no clue what they are talking about if you ask this same question.
