I received mine today. I need to wash my truck before installing them though. It's in the 20's outside right now, but Saturday it's supposed to be 73!

I'm sooo ashamed- couldn't wait so I put truck up on lift and just sponged off area around where mudflaps go. I'll wash the rest soon. BarryT82 what brand wheel liners did u get ?

Do the running boards go all the way to the wheel lip ? As u can see the step bars don't - thats the only thing I can think of !

Yes, the Ford factory plastic side steps go to the front. I had them on my truck but removed as I am going to be getting some Go Rhino Dominator III sides on hopefully later this month.

I will be installing 3M clear bra material behind the mud flaps before I install mine.

I had mud flaps on my Powerstroke for 10 years. After about 8 years I had to replace them and disocovered what grit, sand, and flexing (rubbing) can do to paint. Some spots wore down to the metal.

I installed my new weathertech mud flaps this past weekend too. The installation was very easy and they look great. It has done nothing but rain here since Saturday and I like that the front flaps keep the mud off my steps.
