Default water inside of head light

I have a 2009 plat and noticed that there is water build up inside of front head light. What is the procedure or cause of this and correction? Thanks guys

This happens to my 12, when I inquired about it, ford says that it's normal since they're headlights are vented, the heat from the bulbs is supposed to evaporate the water; if there is a small pool of water in the bottom if the lens, then it would be covered under warranty if you still have any.

I drilled a couple of small drain holes in the headlight enclosure on a previous truck that had that problem. It took care of it.

shot, I have a Chevy (yeah I know) that does the same. Changes in temp, and humidity will cause a moisture build-up. It's normal. Unless of course you have a puddle of water at the bottom of the unit. If that's the case, I would take it in to be checked.
