Default water from bottom of muffler.

I know that it is condensation on a cold start, but I do not ever remember seeing it drip from the bottom rear of the muffler, as well as the tail pipe.

I usually have 3 spots on my driveway in the mornings (front of muffler, rear of muffler and out the exhaust tip).

I know up around the front the exhaust has weep holes incorporated in it to allow the condensation to escape. I believe I read it in the owners manual.
