Default Water in bed

Replaced my BakFlip F1 with a UnderCover Classic due to the amount of water the F1 was letting in.
Pleased with the UnderCover.
However, I'm still seeing some water in the bed. I don't think it is the covers fault tho.
See attached pic.
I'm getting some water at both from corners (can't tell in the pic). This I suspect is from water splashing up from the wheels/road and coming up in the cracks where water should naturally drain out.

In the pic you can see water near the wheel hump. I really don't think it is leaking in under the cover. Water can be seen in pretty much the same spot on each side. Could there be a gap in the bed seam and water is coming up thru it?

If there was a gap, the line x would cover and seal it.

I would guess the cover.

I guess next time it rains I'll have to get inside and look for leaks.
I'd think if it is leaking from around the bed rails the water would be seen dripping in and down from somewhere.

I actually just studied the area where the water is being seen. I can see light peeking thru very small pin hole size gaps for about 6 inches of the bed...on bother sides. I may have to get underneath and put some strip caulk or sealer. Then that should tell if it was coming in from the gap.
