What does bluetooth have to do with it? Does the mic work?

 

My phone wont connect of play music. I can talk on the phone, however I cant answer the phone or hang up through the buttons on the wheel. It will tell me I have a new message but will not read it to me like it used to. One person I spoke to at Ford said it is a pay for system that ford does not pay for anymore. Which I dont believe they know what they were talking about.

 

You'd have to give some details on your vehicle. Sounds like a problem with the APIM.
