I have a 2013 with the factory nab screen. I installed a Lockpick so the kids can watch videos on road trips. I am currently using the video converter program "Wondershare" on my MAC to convert video and put on my iPod. The problem is, i can't find the right format to fill the whole screen. I keep getting the black bar on top and bottom when the video is playing. Anybody have any recommendations on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.
