Default Vibration when Towing

I have a 2010 150Platinum 4X4.
I get a terrible vibration between 55 and 62mph! Have any of you had this happen to you? You guys have any suggestions on how to correct this? Vibration occurs on every trailer I own from 6X10 to a 7X16.

When I'm not towing, truck rides great.
Thanks.

I have the same issue, but it happens between the speeds of 72-78mph.

Different trailers, same vibration... Rides great when not towing.

Vibration is so bad that it shakes the seats intensely. People riding with me who do not know about the issue always start to freak out as they think we blew a tire.

It is a rhythmic pattern to the shake/vibration, but much to long of a pattern to be matched with a wheel/tire revolution. I have yet to figure it out...

I did NOT experince any vibration with a empty 4x8
I did NOT experince any Vibration with a full of gravel/sand 4x8
I DID experince vibration with a empty car hauler
I DID experince vibration with a loaded car hauler (slightly differn't)

I'm going to try balancing the trailer wheels on the car trailer and see what happens.

I know some people with the 6.5 beds were having this same issue. You may be experiencing rear wheel hop. A member here installed the road master active suspension and it cured all of this symptoms and took him 20 minutes to install. I hope that helps you guys out.

I believe that is the root of the problem, rather than there being something wrong with the truck.

Default 2010 F 150 4x4 Super Crew Cab 4.6L 3V Vibration when Towing

I have a 2010 F 150 4x4 Super Crew Cab, 4.6L 3V, Vibration when Towing. I have found that no matter what trailer I am towing, that I get a vibration from about 50-60 mph, it smooths out some from 60-65 then start again from 65 and up. When driving without trailer truck rides fine. Current trailer weight 1990, with about 1600 lbs of Harley in it.

This is driving me nuts. Has anyone found a solution yet?

To make it more strange.. I just had it happen yesterday for the first time without towing! Just riding down the freeway. But then slowing down to make the vibration stop, then re-accelerate back into the vibration speed zone and it didn't re-occur.

I'm lost

Could just be driveline vibration. When it's under a load, the geometry of the driveshaft and rear axle are different, at a different angle. And it could cause a hum or vibration. But I'm not 100% sure on that.
