Default Vehicle Health Report

Today I tried to run a Vehicle Health Report on my 2013 with MFT and I got this message on the screen: Low Mileage. A report can not be run until the odometer reaches approximately 200 miles. It's been over 10000 miles since I've run a report. I tried several times and still get the same message. Does anyone know what's up with this?

Perhaps your vehicle ran a report recently, and its been too soon?
Periodically my truck will ask to run a report while I'm driving.

I know you also get this message if you flash the PCM with a tune or disconnect the battery. It resets the internal VHR mileage and wants you to drive 200 miles so the tranny and system can relearn and give you a more accurate VHR.

If not that then check your Ford.Owner account and see if there was a report recently, they are dated, and its too soon to run another report.

Everything is good to go with updates and the owner account. I do have a Heads up display for the mph and temp which plugs into the OBD so I'll disconnect it for awhile and see if that works.

I unplugged the heads up display from the OBD and now the vehicle health report works.

Bingo. I have a Garmin fob plugged into my OBD and have to unplug it before starting the vehicle to run a health report. Drove me crazy until I figured it out.
