Exclamation Useless center dash indent with pad

Useless:

Usefull:

I don't drive my truck long or far enough to keep the battery properly charged, 7000 miles in 2 years and less than 2 miles to work, so I was faced with a very weak battery last cold snap, perfect solution.

Is that the finished product or are you doing anything else? Does it run straight to the battery or one of the outlets?

It has wire rings to bolt to the battery, the cable is long enough to mount it on my back bumper LOL. Going to make sure it don't make a blind spot on the windshield then bore a hole in the hard plastic beneath that rubber pad so all the wiring is out of sight.

If one was inclined you could always splice a power port plug to it for portability, I'm making this a permanent install.

Do you point the front of your truck towards the southern hemisphere in order to get the most sunlight?

Battery maintainer.

This is who makes it and also where I bought it. http://www.pulsetech.net/SP2-SolarPu...Watt-7297.aspx

They sell the same thing on Amazon.com cheaper, but I didn't find out till after this one was already in the mail.

I park where ever I want, this panel puts out only using a flashlight.

Short trips like that will kill your truck.

Walking is not an option for my old bones, not worried about truck.
I do remote start it before leaving home and work so it's fairly warmed up.
