Used tuner
Hello All,
I Found a local tuner for sale SCT SF3 3015 for sale for 100 bucks.
Wondering if this is the correct tuner and what would I need additionally to make this work with my 12' SCREW ECO?
How much are tunes and where / who do you recommend?
How does this compare to the livernois tuner?
I appreciate your feedback.

You need to make sure it's unmarried. If it's still vin married to his vehicle, it's a $150 fee to SCT to get them to unmarry it and have to mail it to them, takes about 2 weeks to get back.
And make sure the serial number starts with XP and not X3. If it starts with X3, that only supports up until 2008 year models.
If it is unmarried and serial starts with XP, then you would just prob need to update the firmware on it to make it work for your Ecoboost. All depends which firmware version it's running but you can do that for free yourself.

It is a good deal if it is unmarried. Make sure to update the the device. It is the correct tuner for your truck. Serial XP...
