Default USB power when keys are off?

I use the USB jack to charge my phone, but it stops power when I turn off the key.
I know my Dodge van had a relay to change to be able for the power to be always on.

Anyone know if this is possible with my 2013 or do I have to go get a bulky cig charger?

not via the stock configuration. If you have the 110v plug, you could re-wire it so it's always hot. There are lots of threads for constant 12v power.

Yup, cig charger it is unless you want to mess with circuits or wiring.

You could use an iPhone plug and connect it to the outlet on the back of the console (if your truck has one).
