OEM, I didn't install the aftermarket lights. The Headlights are staying on, the park lamps are staying on in the front and rear, and the interior gauges are staying on. When I turn on the truck, the light switch does not work, keep in mind this is a STX, so the lights do not automatically come on, they come on when I switch them on, which right now they are on even in the off position.

What's the possibility that when you replaced the fuse you crossed a circuit?

Either that or you possibly cooked a relay to a dead short.

You have 12v feeding a circuit somehow.

Pull the fuse you replaced and see what happens.

check around the area where you poked the wires and separate it away from the other wires around it ( just in the area you poked it) and you may still have a stuck relay.

If I pull the fuse for the park lamps, the one that burn out, the park lamps turn off of course, the others still stay on, headlights and instrument panel lights.

Disconnect the battery for a good while, really sounds like a stuck relay. Inspect the area around where you were using the test light for anything unusual.

That relay should get hot correct?

It should.

Does your truck have the time delay headlight turn off? In other words, if you turn your truck off with headlights on, do the headlights/interior lights stay on for 30-60 seconds then cut off?

Really sounds like that circuit is the one that is energized.

If you are geting a voltage reading between the ground wire and any bolt on the truck then the ground wire isnt grounded and the only voltage going to the ground wire should be going through the headlight filament. if this ground was defective it could cause power to one beam to feed back back through the other beam posibely damageing the circuit board or a relay. with these newer computer controled circuits it will propably have to be diognosed by some one above my pay grade. good luck

I don't mean to come across as a dick or anything, but why would you be looking to fix it yourself if its a 2013?, that's what warranties for

Thats what I will have to do, just sucks because I have to TOW it to the dealership. It turns on but that ground cable from the battery gets REALLY hot.
