Upper control arms

Guys I was told to change my upper control arms because my upper ball joints are bad. Some advice on what brand use or anything? Maybe I can change just the ball joints?

I would suggest motorcraft. Factory upper ball joints are not replaceable, you have to change the arm. They are not that expensive.

And do you know if the lower control arm bushings are replaceable?
