Just hopped into my 2014 Lariet with 2000 miles on it and the touch screen does not respond to touch. I mean nothing happens. Voice commands work fine. Steering wheel controls work.

Anyone have any ideas? Or, am I on the way to the dealer -- already?

 

yank the battery terminals and call the dealer.
