Default Truck in shop after 3 weeks....

I just picked up my Limited Lariet AWD 3 weeks ago. Yesterday i went outside and noticed a 8 inch dent in the bottom passenger side door. I know i haven't been anywhere or done anything that could possibly dent it. So i took it back to the dealer and they popped it out. This took care of the dent but left a 8in crease in the metal where the dent was. So they decided to keep my truck and fix it the right way for free since they believed it was "delivery damage". I dropped it off this morning and I should be able to pick it up Wednesday... hopefully... :/ Kind of hurts your feelings when you pay $44,000 and find a dent. Anyways the dealership in Wilson, NC has been very nice and helpful. I will be posting pictures of the repair once i get the truck back. Congrats to all the other owners!

sounds like a good dealer to me! After 3 weeks of it being off their lot they are gonna fix it for free and classify it as delivery damage. You must be living right !
