Default Truck shakes at 70mph

2010 lariat 5.4. Starts to shake around 70-75. Didn't start this till after I rotated my tires. 36k on these crappy pirrelis. Wondering if I threw a tire out of balance or bc I was long over due for a rotate and there was noticeable difference in tread wear in the fronts opposed to the backs. Maybe the tread difference is causing the shake?

You may have lost a weight or the tires have just worn and are now out of balance. Most likely one from the rear is now causing the shake. May not have been as noticeable on the back.
With 36,000 miles you may be able to get a good trade in on those for a new set. I use to go in about that mileage and the shop would offer me money for my old tires if I bought a new set. Worked out good. Usually with the new set you get free rotation for life of tires.
